Homecoming Is Here and So Are the Details You Need!

We’re excited to celebrate Homecoming with you this week! On behalf of Student Affairs, the UT Dallas Police Department and Parking and Transportation Services, here’s important information you should know.

Homecoming HOMEFEST Activities

Join Student Affairs as we kick off Homecoming HOMEFEST with a Homecoming Sneak Peek Wednesday, Oct. 16, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., outside the Student Union/Margaret McDermott Mall. There will be free refreshments and giveaways while supplies last as well as a chance to meet the Homecoming Court and learn more about the upcoming Homecoming activities.

On Saturday, Oct. 19, please join us for Homecoming HOMEFEST, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Lot J. There will be food, music, giveaways, activities and more. Visit the Homecoming website for details.

Parking and Bus Routes

All of Lot J will be closed beginning at 11:59 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 15 in preparation for Homecoming activities. Please be sure to vacate parking spaces in this lot by that time. Lot J will reopen Saturday, Oct. 19 at 6 p.m.

Bus routes will be rerouted to the University Roundabout on Saturday, Oct. 19 all day. Please contact Parking and Transportation Services at 972-883-7777 or park@utdallas.edu with questions.

For HOMEFEST parking, we recommend using Lot U or Parking Structure 4 (PS4). Accessible parking will be in Lot F.

Road Closure

Loop Road will be closed from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 19, from the University Roundabout to Drive H.
